Working fine and if it can take that use it can certainly stand up to the intended use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchased to move Hurricane shutters to/from windows. *by M***S on May 26, 2018* The media could not be loaded. Arrived exactly as expected with prompt shipping. For Hurricane season, I was searching for something to make it easier to move my plywood Hurricane shutters from the garage to each window or door. Previously I would have to carry them which is quite a workout on top of it being as hot and humid as it gets when a hurricane is near. And then the shutters need to be carried back to the garage after the hurricane passes. I think that this panel dolly is going to work very well for making this dreaded task much easier. The dolly appears to be very sturdy. I bought this particular one because it has the relatively large pneumatic/inflatable tires. I tested rolling it through the yard and grass with plywood and it rolled quite easily. I could push it with very little effort through the grass.Update 8/30/2019: just used the panel carrier to stage my plywood hurricane shutters to each window. It worked fantastic! I would just lift up one end of the plywood and slide it into the carrier centering the wheels on the plywood. Then it is very easy to maneuver it to the location. It rolls across grass easily (I inflated the tires to the recommended pressure of 30 psi). If you need to go move something out if the way the carrier will keep the plywood standing. I kept thinking it was the best money I ever spent making the task of putting up hurricane shutters much easier. See attached picture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost the best product on the market, but axles/wheels really need improvement or modification *by H***T on February 12, 2020* This is quite a heavy-duty dolly with adjustable width, ball bearing wheels and large (10" diameter) inflated tires -- unlike almost anything else on the market. It's probably the only panel dolly on the market that works outside the shop, including turf and gravel, even snow. Some reviewers have complained about poor welds on the T-screw handles that adjust the width, but the T-screws on the dolly I received are strong & sound. Even if one does eventually fail (which I doubt), it should be easy to replace with an inexpensive Male Thread Clamping Knob (search here on Amazon).As is obvious from some of the negative reviews, the major weakness of this dolly is the way the wheels are attached. The axles are unthreaded and rely on uber cheap push nuts to hold the wheels onto the axle . . . and are longer than width of the wheel, which means -- inevitably -- that the wheels will slide around, especially under load and either the bearings will fail / pop out (they press-fitted into the wheels) or the push nuts will fall off. (See photos from other reviewers.) Almost unbelievable that the manufacturer sent these dollys out with such a poor design and cheap push nuts.There is a good solution, though. Tapping a thread onto the end of each axle with a 1/2-13 die (from a tap & die tool set), and then attaching the wheels with 1/2-13 nylon insert lock nuts allows you to secure the wheels, take up the slack and protect the bearings. If this panel dolly had been produced with threaded axles and lock nuts, it would be a 5-star product, far & away best on the market.
