I love this product, tasty, great quality, not too sharp flavour and not very "baked beans" flavour for those in your family who are not beans people, Actually the flavour is more carby/potato hash brown like. I use mine instead of potatoes or other carbie alternatives in baked turkish eggs. I add herbs and spices (get rid of some of the sauce in the tin maybe) chilli flakes if you like it hot, or aleppo chillies, if not, fresh and dry herbs, and then put in the oven with some eggs, serve with herbs and fresh Greek Youghurt (see attached photos). I guess one could always add some chorizo to the beans for non-vegetarian option of my Turkish Eggs.

These are excellent, they are a godsend to me as a grab from the cupboard luch when pused for time, add a can of Mackerel for even more protein. A lovely tasty filling meal with no added sugar.
