Almost -unbelievably- effective treatment for minor skin infections and surface wounds. Better than chlorine washing solution, better than iodine, far better than triple antibiotic salve. Chlorhexadine remains active at the wound site for DAYS if not contaminated or washed off. I've tried virtually everything and Chlorhexadine stands head and shoulders above the other antibiotic skin treatments. The alcohol prep pad makes cleaning and convenience a plus.
