When you squeeze the tube, the product does not come out the intended opening. It leaks out where the cap is connected to the tube for both the 1&2. So not only is the product expensive for the volume of product, half of it is leaking on the shower floor. Really, the tubes are super tiny and the printing on the tubes are almost illegible. Too bad because the product is terrific!

I have very long frizzy hair and when I use this product I do see a lot more smoothness. The con, the tube is very small and this product is very expensive.

WOW. I colored my hair 2 months ago and was recently feeling like it was very dry and brittle even though I deep condition and only use Olaplex. I bought this on a whim after seeing someone post about it on insta (not an ad). It worked wonders! My keratin treated hair is back to its normal, soft, bouncy self even with my highlights and only after 1 use. This made my hair super soft and it looks fabulous.

Like previous comment I didn't try the product as the smell is really odd, like if it's outdated and I don't feel comfortable using it. Im returning the product and will stick to Olaplex*** EDIT***I ended up not returning the item and gave it a try.. l can tell it made my hair softer although it is not improving its condition in the long term and has limited effect. Im not sure what is its purpose (strengthening? Softening?), as nothing is mentioned in the packaging.

I been using this product for a very long time, but this time I was delivered a bad product. Terrible smell and bad watery consistency.

I've only used it once so far. I love it. The smell isn't bad at all.

I LOVED everything about this two step product regime, although the bottles are quite small for the price that you pay for it. But the quality is worth it; my hair finally has sheen and softness back to it and isn't as dry on my ends anymore.

Definitely recommend this product. A little pricey for the size of the bottles but it’s so good. Love how my hair feels right after I use it.
