It does a good job, seems to be well made and folds into a small bag so is convenient to carry around. My only gripe is that the closure at the back seems to not be quite in the right place so I can't close it completely. Although for most jobs I do a bit of light leakage is not noticeable. If you were using it in the dark and wanted all your light thrown out of the front, it could be a little annoying.
