Review: Good for deeper squats…. - Very happy with this purchase. I use it for both exercise ball squats as well as for dumbbell squats. It’s wide enough to let me stand comfortably with my feet shoulder width apart and with toes pointing slightly outward. It’s also long enough so your whole foot fits on the slant of the wedge (15 degrees), or alternatively you can place your heal on the wedge but the ball of your feet on the floor. It’s allowing me to achieve deeper squats, but I still struggle to get beyond parallel (thighs to floor). I also use the high end of the wedge to stand on with the balls of my feet for doing dumbbell calf raises. So far no obvious wear or tear after a few months of use.
