Their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction paid off. Zach was studious in emailing me and wanting descriptions of the leak issues I ran into, and stressed how important it was I didn't over tighten the replacement. I decided the best method was to slowly screw on and then test for leaks, instead of screw, screw, screw, test. I advise anyone else buying to do the same. A month of use later and no leaks! Thanks Eco Aligned and Zach!Update 7/16/18: Company contacted me shortly after my review to let me know their dedication to customer satisfaction. I agreed to try another, will update review in another month after seeing how the second goes.Original 7/15/18: Agree install was fairly simple, worked well for a month, then started leaking and appeared to leak from multiple joints including the on/off handle. Wasn't left on at the time I noticed the leaking, I know that can cause pressure build up. Tried to fix by applying more plumbers tape and screwing back on, over tightened hose attachment easily and the attachment broke, appears it was soft.
