Alluflon 0011853993 Etna Set Pans 20 - 24 - 28 cm by Alluflon

I bought an Alluflon pan at another store, and was excited to use it. The non-stick properties are amazing, but for some reason almost nothing gets brown in these pans. There is no 'fond' to pick up after cooking meats, etc. Not a fan.
