When I hooked it up the whip lightes up bright, but it just cycles through all of the colors. After replacing the batteries in the remote, I am still unable to control the whip. It is stuck in what looks like a demo mode....very aggrevating*update- the merchant has reached out to me to try and correct the problem I am having. Fingers crossed that it works. The merchant has been very responsive thus far.
