Very comfortable, looks great and easy to get on and off! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great unit *by A***R on 3 January 2023* great vest, wearing it at work for now to loosen it up, have taken all the plates out for now, plus have made myself two new 2kg plates, found 4Kg plate to heavy at minute, i must have a big head as it is a bit tight getting on lol, all the velcro strappings are good making it easy on & off.if you want to add weight or decrease it (if you are having trouble buying online) find a steel fabricator to make some, or if you buy some 2mm plate use an angle grinder to cut the plate and then paint it yourself, took me about 1 hour to make, 2mm plate = 2Kg if you copy the some size plate that comes with the vest. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool *by D***S on 27 February 2025* It’s cool but the design could be better to make it last in time and hold the weight.
