I purchased this product to use on my muscle knots (trigger points) and for my joints. I received no benefit from this product (zero results). My research shows that the ingredients in this product are not capable of penetrating past the skin, then past any possible body fat, and then enter the muscle tissue for it to have any effect. It's next to impossible. Also note: Product has a strange odor!I attempted to contact the company to ask them questions about their products. For example: I wanted to know the difference between their regular roll on and this Sport Ice roll on. I also wanted to ask questions to know the difference between the roll on and their cream such as penetration, ingredients, and the affects of one vs the other.I called this phone number on their website at least ten times for over 2 months, leaving voice messages each time but got zero response (619-378-7771). I also send emails and got zero response.Allivex is owned by a company named USA Diagnostix Inc. I was given this Customer Service Phone: 214-923-7025 but when I called that number I immediately got a text message from Joseph Cox. Joe asked me to send him text messages rather than speak on the phone. After that 1st response I never received another message. I messaged the same number at least 20 times over the course of many weeks with some basic questions and never received one single response. By far, this is the worse customer service I've ever experienced with any company.If you wish to use this type of product, I suggest you use CryoDerm. Its geared towards health practitioners & the company is much more professional.

I think this pain roll-on works well for degenerative pain, arthritis in neck & lower back. Smell disappears after a while. Relaxes the area. It works for a few hours and is good for those times when you need quick relief and don’t have time to ice the area or apply heat. Nice in summer months, cooling at first.

I love this! Easy to use, roll it on, and then, I rub in with spreader.Slight initial odor which disappears. Works right away!Extremely effective! I use it for right s-I dysfunction and for right foot plantar fasciitis. Also, torn meniscus. Lasts all day!For me, I must have it because it works to diminish any pain that I have.Excellent!

Tried this soon as it arrived, have been using for back ,knee and hip pain it works wonders I am able to move around without pain and no need for pain meds. My husband used it and my son they both state it helps with muscular pain. ordered this for my daughter who has bad knees and my 89 yr old Mother-in-law.

I have a lot of back pain and discomfort.... this stuff, I decided to give a try and it has really been helping me allot.It helps to alleviate the pain of arthritis, sciatic pain and stiffness. Helps me get through the day a little better!!!

Smell was a bit strong but after application it definitely worked.
