I'm using these for cabinet doors installed in a van. I have them mounted in 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood. Some of the doors are 20"×26" with 3 of these hinges per door. The set screws on these hinges that are used to expand and wedge these into the holes, are small and fragile. It doesn't take much force to expand enough to hold them in place. Use a forstner bit to drill perfect holes for these. So far over 20,000 miles on the road with 16 of these hinges mounted in a van build, and no issues with them. I have a few spares just in case, but haven't had to replace any. Review: High Quality and very attractive - I used these for a display box I was building.
