It's made of woven material and fits my 2000 Yamaha Waverunner (GP800-Y). While it does have places for mirrors (no mirrors on my ski) it fits fine. When I first received the cover, it did fit very, very tight. Took two of us to get it on, but it does seem a bit looser after a month. And that was after loosening the elastic as much as we could. It's a towing cover, comes with straps. But no way you'd lose this thing with no straps. And not sure why you'd tow with it on anyway.
