I wasn't sure what thickness to get, but 0.1mm is plenty compared to how razor-thin the copper tape was. This allows the copper sheet to still be flexible, easy to cut with tin snips, and flexible but not rigid nor weak. It also looks much better than the crumpled/wrinkled look of the copper tape.
