I often grab a quick dinner and go to bed or eat something quick and convenient at lunch. It's a recipe for failure with weight loss. After taking these carb catchers, I noticed i had more energy and also when I ate something less than healthy my metabolism was boosted. One of the up-sides of a boosted metabolism is also detoxification. Getting rid of all the yucky stuff in your gut helps you feel better. My whole body felt better. Weight loss is still a struggle, there is no "miracle" fix but I do feel it gives me an advantage. I also noticed my pants fit better.... weight didn't drastically decrease, but I did lose inches.I noticed no flavor. These should be used more or less for a cheat meal/snack here or there. I keep them in my work bag so I am prepared for when someone brings in a treat or buys lunch, I don't feel completely guilty.
