There are 8 menu buttons on the clock screen that I tried getting a user manual for to no avail. The CS rep kept telling me they have a manual and always led me back to the one it came with. I made it work and figured it out, but it took a while.Recently I tried to edit the clock in hours for a specific day an employee worked. The web site kept giving me an error so I started an on-line chat. I was told I had to pay $199 for support and they wouldn't help me. I said, I'm calling to see if your web site is having issues, not because I need support, but the rep siad I'd have to pay the fee to get an answer. I repeated the question and received the same results.I would not recommend this product and will be lookinf for other alternatives.
