Review: This hot tub worked for 2 months stopped working and Lay Z Spa are trying to ignore my complaints - there is a saying, 'buy cheap buy twice' I bought this hot tub last August from desertcart. It worked really well at first. Then we put it into storage for the winter got it out 3 weeks ago. The pump just keeps saying E08 error. I have made umpteen email appeals to the manufacturer and they are doing everything they can to ignore their statutory duties. They are ignoring my complaint and I'm now getting p1ssed off with desertcart too. So, this is my advice... do not buy a hot tub from Lazy Spa. they have exceedingly poor after sales service. The pump is not fit for purpose. But they've got my money and don't give a damn. Go to Costco, who know how to treat customers. Review: Brilliant - Bought this last year at a very good price.
