Will it fit over rail mount that is close to wall and only tilts?** A: Yes. I have mine mounted in a similar way. There are plenty of Velcro flaps on the back that will allow you to cover the TV with the mounts. You will not actually be covering the mounts themselves, however, only the TV. But you really shouldn't have any problem. Keep in mind that you need enough room behind the TV to actually put on the cover and close the Velcro flaps. Hope this helps. **Q: Can you launder this ? I searched everywhere and I’v been unsuccessful in finding an answer. Has anyone washed this item before in their washer?** A: It is quite heavy and thick, but I don't see why you couldn't wash it in the machine. Or, just spot wash might be better. If you have it outside in a covered porch area with screens as I do, it will get dirty from blowing dust and dirt. I am going to wash mine with a hose in the grass. **Q: Can it protect a TV with a stand attached?** A: Not as effective as it has a Velcro seal on the underneath and inside of it. You may need to measure and go a size up to allow for the stand to be covered as well. **Q: Does it sound okay when its fully covered or do you need to max out volume?** A: You definitely need to max out the volume. I find it better to use wireless headphones when it’s fully covered.
