Upon close examination return spring mechanisms in both straps have rusted and snapped leaving straps non returnable, these cannot be repaired or replaced. Although the product is primarily of stainless steel construction the ratchet spring is not and simply rusts through and breaks rendering the units useless and unsafe for use. I'm totally annoyed with the quality of the springs fitted, why these are not constructed of stainless steel also is unbelievable! Do not buy, they will not last 1 year and you will be disappointed!
