Didn't fit my M5 momcozy breastpump, it was just a little too long. However, i did fit my s12 pro momcozy breastpump.If all I had was the m5 i would be very disappointed because it specifically states that it will work for it. Thankfully i do have both m5 and s12pro

They work alright. They do not fit well in the medela flanges and seem to pop out.

After maybe a week they’re already getting worn out plastic is bent slightly and with my lansinoh pump they leak and hold milk behind the plastic so you lose a bit
