They are really beautiful. As far as the cups themselves, they're a great size, heavy enough to feel substantial in your hand but not so heavy that they are hard to hold. I find the shape to be just right for coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc.. I initially bought the plates in the reactive glaze and loved them so much, I've transitioned all of my dinner wear.
