If you don't know Woodstock is the best I've found for chimes. They are quality pieces. You can drop big bucks, but this set is very affordable. I looked at the low reviews to see why. One said it was rusted through which must be a strange aberration. They are rusty for sure, by design. Another said it took too much to get them to chime. This didn't seem to be a problem. I guess it's just relative to what you expect. Compared to other Woodstock chimes I have they are more of a tinkle for sure, but if that's what you want it's plenty nice. Also the finish just looks like rusted metal from any distance. My mother-in-law was very pleased and me too. For a $50 or so gift it's pretty hard to beat. It feels, sounds, and looks very nice.
