My doctor suggested warm, wet compresses for my dry eye condition, and these are much more convenient and comfortable than a wash cloth. I moisten them with a few drops of water to enhance the steaming effect and leave them on for fifteen minutes or so. It’s a nice and relaxing self-care break, and they really make a difference for my dry eye. Great for travel. I used one as a heat pack to treat a minor injury recently, and it worked well for that, too.
