My daughter's weight had dropped more than 10% after birth and I needed to monitor her weight daily especially for the first 2 weeks of her life. If I didn't have this weighing scale, I would have to go to her doctor's office everyday to check her weight.She did gain back her birth weight but still her doctor wanted to keep monitoring her weight for the first month as her weight kept fluctuating a lot. So this weighing scale basically was used everyday for the first month of her life. I kept recording her weight and informing her doctor. The doctor actually was surprised that this scale was so accurate. I had taken this scale to her doctor's appointment and measured my daughter's weight side by side on her doctor's weighing scale and this scale.I also liked that there is a height measurement scale printed on the scale tray which is really convenient. Also the scale is portable and light weight. It is also very easy to setup and start using. I love this scale and continue checking my daughter's weight at my convenience and at home when she's not cranky or crying. The scale itself is light and small, which makes it easy to store (I have mine underneath his crib and I pull it out whenever i need to use it). My baby moves around a decent amount, but the scale is still able to provide a weight measurement. I like how I can see the weight in lbs, kgs, or oz (I like to know his overall weight in lbs, but I track his intake in kgs). Overall, great scale and a very reasonable price. This gave me peace of mind for my baby! also love the extra height measurement not in every scale which i love it.
