They recommend to shake the product prior to fertilizing (I don’t recall seeing that in the instructions), and if the nozzle gets clogged, to clear it by running the nozzle and straw under hot water. I’ll try that if I run into that problem again! Love the fertilizer. Love the funky smell. Don’t love the sprayer. I used it on my back yard in early summer and could see a notable difference in my back yard compared to the front, where I hadn’t used it. The grass was a beautiful green and had really filled in some thin areas well. The liquid seemed to have trouble dispensing properly though after about 2/3 of the bottle. Only water seemed to be spraying out and the liquid inside wasn’t dropping. I loved the fertilizer enough to get more for my fall treatment. Same issue with the next bottle. I’ve let customer service know about my experience, hoping they will change the sprayers or tell me what I’m doing wrong.
