But it IS REALLY GOOD. So if you can stomach the price tag, it does live up to the hype. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and we went on vacation to a historic place and I knew there would be a few places I wouldn't be able to use my wheelchair and needed a stool to sit on. This absolutely did the job. I always felt very stable sitting on it and it was as reasonably comfortable as one could expect. My son carried it for me when I was in the chair and it's super lightweight. So far only the one trip I needed it for, but it was worth it just for the one trip. I'm 6'5" and 185lbs. The weight was not a problem. That said, at it's max setting it's too short to use as a cane. For my situation, that wasn't a big deal. But just be forewarned to take their "user height" recommendation seriously. I did buy another folding cane/chair thing for this trip so I had options if this didn't work well.
