On one occasion I was informed that the bottle had broken in transit and getting a refund from Freshskin was very simple and honoured in a very short time. I bought Lemongrass because I unfortunately have bedbugs and mice too, although the latter I can tolerate! But I read that neither are fond of the smell of Lemongrass so I gave it a try, sadly it doesn't seem to have any deterrent effect. The bugs and the mice are still around and the smell itself is not very pleasant, borderline fishy - hence the four stars.. I can say though that Freshskin's wonderful Peppermint Oil isn't appreciated by either pest (it doesn't eradicate them but it keeps them back to a degree) and I use it regularly in a diffuser and just sprinkling it around. It smells wonderfully fresh and clean and is good for the respiratory system too. So I recommend buying from Freshskin although I don't think this particular oil has a very pleasant scent, the Lemon Oil however - is wonderful!
