I originally bought this to both make more privacy and to cover up the patterned window. It does a great job as making windows and glass more private but not suitable to cover up textured glass as it shows through on contact. If you're looking for something to frost your glass to make it private I can definitely recommend this product as it works and it's very easy to install!

Perfect and easy to use, we wanted to cover a small window in our door and it worked great and looks good and it can be cut to the perfect size, the transparency is perfect and stops people seeing in and has been sticky enough to withstand direct sunlight. We haven’t taken it off as we do not want or need to do are unsure if it leaves any residue.
