Gives amazing detangling slip to my tightly curled, thick type 4 hair. Emphasis on the amazing slip. Also great moisture. Consistency a little thicker than water, thicker than a lot of spray leave ins. Liquidy and runny but not watery. I recommend using this as a leave in conditioner rather than a pre-shampoo detangler like I've seen some youtubers doing, simply because I wouldn't wash out all that moisture the product gives to the hair. Definitely gets the detangling job done. Despite all of that greatness, I HAD to take away one star solely due to the fact that based on my personal preference, this is the worst spray bottle with the worst spray nozzle I've ever used. Instead of spraying in a normal mist like way, it sprays out a thin stream of liquid. Not ideal for those of us who prefer to spray product directly on our hair, not on our hands. The spray stream is good enough for spraying product into your hands if you're someone who likes to put product on your hands before applying on hair. But its' a nightmare for those of us who like to spray product directly onto hair, because your aim has to be so precise and up close otherwise you'll miss the section of hair you want it sprayed on, meaning wasted product. If you prefer to spray your leave-in liquids into your hands then I say go ahead and get it. But if you prefer to spray the product directly on your hair you'll hate this bottle and may find yourself transferring the product to a different spray bottle with a better misting spray function. I hope they change the spray nozzle on this bottle!
