A: I've never laid on my side wearing this bra. However I have bent over to my side nothing spills out but there was movement for me.

A: Probably the same, I have yet to find a Victoria Secret bra that fits and is as comfortable as this one . I have 36dd and I used the size chart they provide and fits great . I am sorry I can’t be more specific or helpful.

I haven't tried it yet for exercise, but have worn it several times with everything from dressy clothes to tee shirts. I am very pleased with the fit amd comfort. I am plus size and short, an annoying combination when shopping for clothes. This bra fits me comfortably and gives the support that I need to feel confident in a variety of clothes. I am planning to order more colors later today.

I'm a 34G. Fit nicely. Been having a hard time finding a good running bra and it was good for that! I was worried about the bounce but I was able to run comfortably. Still some bounce but not too much. Only thing I dont like is that the straps are only slightly adjustable but definitely will be purchasing more.
