Premetto che lavoro nel settore alberghiero, ma non sono un barman. Ho aquistato questo libro senza particolari pretese, ma solo con la curiosità di conoscere meglio un lato del mio settore che ancora non conoscevo bene. All'epoca non sapevo chi fosse Comini, ne tantomeno avevo idea di che tipo di esperienza lavorativa avesse.Dopo averlo letto mi sono reso conto di essermi portato a casa un libro che oltre a fornirmi delle buone basi mi ha dato anche molti spunti.
