Firstly, these headphones are excellent - great clear sound quality, lightweight but sturdy, the benefit of being able to pre-load mp3 content is a real benefit. Really happy with them.But what has really impressed me is the post-sale service; the charging is via a special, non-standard magnetic connector, which I managed to lose. I thought I would need to buy a new set, but when Amazon put me in touch with the distributor, they replaced the whole unit... free of charge. Superb service.

### ⭐ Fab for mp3 music! And swimming! But malfunctioned after submerging

Was Perfect for what I needed! But then got stuck on Bluetooth and wouldn’t change. Had to return.Takes a while to get used to just 2 buttons to activate everything, but once mastered they are really loud! Bargain for £40 and so loud under water! No fiddly earplugs but you can still hear it when swimming and even better for the hot tub in the rain!
