The Rosella Baked Goods sweet potato pancakes are gourmet restaurant quality pancakes at home. Once you’ve had these, you’ll never be able to go back to any other brand.  I absolutely love these delicious fluffy pancakes, especially on cozy autumn mornings.  Just add water and melted (vegan) butter to the batter for the perfect mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon or confectioners sugar, fresh fruit and a delicious cup of hot cocoa or OJ.  You won’t regret it!
