Not worth the headache. Buy it from an authorized retailer. *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2018* I learned about this device from my stylist. I liked the way it dried my hair and I was in the market for a new drier.I did some shopping around and found this Amazon seller to be the lowest cost for the item.It arrived as advertised. I really liked the drier. However, after only 3 months of light and careful use, the drier stopped blowing hot air and only tepid hair would come out no matter what heat setting it was on. The product description states that there is a 1 year warranty.I contacted the merchant and only through Amazon mediation did they respond. I filed a claim with Amazon and it was denied because it was after 45 days of purchase. Amazon and Latest Beauty both told me to contact Aria (manufacturer) for product warranty and replacement options. Aria told me that any items sold online are not covered by their warranty! I then contacted Amazon and Latest Beauty again about the warranty, and Latest Beauty told me that any items sold online are void the warranty. But what about the stated "1 Year Warranty"? So this seller knowingly sold me the device knowing that it would void the 1 year warranty.Finally, Latest Beauty told me to send them the drier and they would replace it. Fair enough. I sent it back and Latest Beauty first tried to tell me that it worked fine and that they were going to send it back to me after I spent $13 in shipping. After some debate, Latest Beauty was kind enough to extend a "one-time courtesy replacement" for the faulty drier, but when I asked them how to go about any potential future issues, how to register the device for warranty, they said that's it and I'm basically on my own in the future.I would not recommend purchasing this product via any sellers on Amazon/online unless they are an authorized retailer for Aria where the warranty is intact. Be forewarned.Again, I commend Latest Beauty for doing the right thing and replacing the device after 45 days of purchase, but when it comes to product satisfaction and ability to have the item replaced, do not waste your money and purchase it directly from Aria or an authorized retailer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional results *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2020* This hairdryer is a cut above the rest.
