But often I found that using it resulted in the screw cap rotating as well...so be careful you don't open it up and perhaps spill contents. The other is minor. The claim is you can fit up to 18 fish oil pills. I could only squeeze in 15 Costco fish oil gel caps but not a big deal. While I used it for vacation I've ended up using it for daily use rather than take out each container and dole out the daily supplements.
