**Q: How long after opening will they last? Do they need to be refrigerated?  Thanks!**
A: As long as you keep the bag resealed properly and keep the desicant in the package the should last up to six months or more.
No they do not have to refrigerated as they are freeze dried.

**Q: I purchased 1 pack .64oz 175 halves, but my package only contained 125 halves. How will the company rectify my loss?**
A: We have discovered that our harvest times based on seasonality has caused variances on the size of the berries, since we measure by weight .64 oz the counts have fluctuated, we are taking the appropriate steps to solve the issue as we speak. we are more than happy to refund or replace our product if any more of these instances occur while we are in the process of fixing the problem.

We were the first to offer miracle berries in such a cost effective manner (which other brands are now duplicating)  so we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. we truly care about this product and our customers.

I just tried miracle berries a while back and thought they were so cool and amazing. But, they were way too expensive for everyday use and to give to my kids. Now I found the Snozzberry farm miracle berries that's all changed. My little daughter and her friends love the Miracle Berries to change the flavor of limes and lemons to sweet and I was able to buy enough Miracle Berries for her to have a Miracle Berry Birthday party! It was a total hit. We gave the girls the super crunchy sweet berries and then they took turns eating lemons, limes and plain non-fat yoghurt. Way more healthy than the usual candy-centric birthday parties we normally encounter. The girls loved it. They were totally amazed.
