**Q: Is this seasoning more salty or sweet?**
A: I would say not sweet, more like spicy.

**Q: Yeast extract is the same as MSG**
A: It is not.  Yeast extract is derived from processing brewer's yeast cells.

**Q: Is this similar to Texas Roadhouse steak fry seasoning?**
A: I can't say because I haven't had the Roadhouse seasoning, but I will say that I don't like this Joe's as much as I thought that I would.  Maybe the reviews raised my expectations too high or something.  I'm barely using the Joe's.
