Having acquired an authorisation to return this item I packaged it up ,and at some inconvenience had to go into town to post it. I received an acknowledgement that it had been received back at Supplies Two Go. However, it was considered "to be in a dirty condition"! I was given the option of it being returned to me which I accepted. This was for me to ascertain as to how dirty it really was. When I first removed it from its box it was blatantly obvious that it was not big enough for my cleaner and therefore totally useless to me. Not being at home when the Postman called Ihave again had to go into town this time to collect it! On inspection I find it is in a perfectly satisfactory state considering what state it is likely to be in when fitted into a suitable cleaner after just a few seconds in use! I have purchased another filter frm another supplier who differently publish on their website copius details of machine types and the relevant dimensions of replacement parts. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from 'SuppliesTwo Go' in the future. Review: Great delivery service. - It does exactly what it's supposed to. I purchased two of these and they arrived in their own individual boxes.
