I love hazelnut flavor, so to be able to add this to my baking that calls for an oil is a bonus. I also use it in my electric skillet to make pancakes (tastes SO much better than the bland vegetable oil). I also recommend using it on salad. I mix this and chocolate balsamic vinegar on my greens and it is SO tasty!
