I honestly wish that i had taken before pictures. I've bought things that are meant to target natural breast growth in the past (like dong quai, fennel seeds, etc.) & they've done nothing for me. I have been using this product for four months. After two weeks there was a tenderness in the nipple area which lasted for a week. I noticed the breast area filling out and firming at the end of the first month. Two weeks into the second month the nipple area showed an increase and again a tenderness that lasted about a week and again at the end of the second month a little more filling and firming which became a cup increase. The same results 'til now. There has been no discoloration and if this month the tenderness comes, I will cut the dosage in half for the six days then resume full dosage. By the way, a good massage of the breasts morning and evening is nice and I am sure helpful also. Like Rome, the growth takes a little time, but worth it. Have patients and I believe you will be satisfied like I am.

I have no idea if this is actually 100% pure PM as it claims but by taking the pills as directed on the bottle cause me to become moderately depressed and it also stopped my menstrual cycle. I took them for a month and a half and reasoned that the only change I made in my daily routine was taking these PM pills. I stopped taking them and within 2 weeks I was back to normal and I had a very light period. I encourage anyone who wishes to enhance their breast size not to come to Amazon looking for a product. Do more research and order from a searchable and reputable company. This is a mistake i will not make again.
