Wow Wow Wow, this cereal right here is the absolute digidy, and the health benefits, also you can eat hot or cold. Add your proteins, or I do not know if you have to add, this is a superfood cereal. I am allergic to nuts and have such a difficult time finding muesli cereals and granola that doesn't have nuts and isn't high in sugar. There are pumpkin seeds in this, which I can handle in small amounts. There is a touch of sweetness to the taste from the dried apples and dried blueberries, but it's not too sweet, and I don't feel a need to add anything to this. I actually eat it dry with a spoon and enjoy it. I have this as a subscription item and get it monthly. Amazon sells it for much cheaper than it is at the store, and I can only find it at one store by me, and they are out of stock often, so I like the dependable nature of ordering it via subscription here.
