They look great, exactly as pictured.Cons: I bought three of these and with the double boxing and 6 large pieces of 1" thick Styrofoam to each unit, there is a LOT of waste! It didn't matter to me, but these units are not 27.5" tall, they are 26" - see picture. However, they do measure 13" deep and 30" wide as stated. For the over all depth of 13", I was surprised that the top drawers were a little short, measuring only 9". I don't feel very comfortable putting anything over a few pounds in the baskets, because there is nothing supporting them from underneath. They are very ridged and scratchy, as others have mentioned. Pieces have flaked off just in pulling them out and putting them back in.
