(eg to use as insulation) as mine gets hot** A: Hi, it could fit over you current hose. However, this is not a insulated hose and because it is black inside still gets very hot on my system. Maybe try to turn it inside out to have the silver on the inside or rather go for a insulated ducting. Good luck. **Q: What is the actual diameter of this ducting? Is it 150mm or larger (as most ducting tends to be).** A: bigger **Q: Can this be used for air conditioners?** A: I can't see why not. However, keep in mind that this is not insulated ducting and you will have some heat loss. It does better with cold air. Also depends on the distance. On shorter distances say less than 5m it should be fine. **Q: 'Only use for kitchen ventilation' but says air conditioner hose? Is this suitable for air con tempeatures?
