I got these because I had great results with the single rod, but I wanted more volume. I have very long, fine hair, but I have a lot of it. It is also naturally curly, so it holds curls very well. I’ve used other types of curlers for years, so I’m not new to the art of wrapping my hair around a curler. These rods WILL NOT stay in your hair. I spent an hour trying to get them in, but all they did was come unraveled and fall out. There is nothing to grip your hair into place besides thoughts and prayers. The diagram on the back is also horribly drawn and useless. “Wrap your hair tightly around the rod” well if I go any tighter my hair is gonna rip out!
