Now im Addressing the people that say this shake doesnt taste good, thats probably because the average american consumes a LOT of sugar and this is not meant to be a sweet treat, this is not like Muscle Milk (which is oversweetened dairy mucus drink), if you drink Kool-Aid and high fructose corn syrup soda, you prob wont think this is sweet enough.... I only eat an occasional dessert and fruit for sugar, and i dont like adding sugar to my drinks, i dont drink soda and rarely drink fruit juice and i think this is PLENTY sweet... infact, if it were any sweeter I wouldn't think it tastes good. It tastes natural, because it is. Sometimes you have to give up sugar for a while to change your palette.. It's slightly grainy and there is almost always powder left in the bottom of the bottle when you're done, but I add a couple ounces of almond milk and shake it up and get the remaining protein powder that way.What I like the most about it is the taste. It's just such a superior chocolate flavor to the other two (Orgain and Evolve) that I prefer it over the others. It sits well and has never upset my stomach, and the containers are sturdy and easy to recycle, easier than the cardboard cartons in my opinion. I decided I would use the shakes as my coffee creamer. Each day I use about 1/4 of the shake as creamer. Initially, I bought the vanilla flavor as I thought, vanilla shake added to vanilla flavored coffee would work out to be great tasting. It was drinkable, but a little off putting because the vanilla shake is a light green. So when it came time to reorder, I thought to try another flavor. I saw the chocolate and thought how I always enjoyed mocha. I have to tell you, it is great!! I look forward to my morning coffee like never before. And when I think I am getting the added vitamins and protein AND it tastes great, that is a win! Chocolate flavor shakes can also have a little mint, or raspberry flavoring added and it makes it yet another flavor with all the great benefits of taste and protein.
