I get very good sleep with this while flying. Pros: -Packs smaller than any other pillow/device -Blocks 100% of light (see cons) -No pressure or pinch points -I push the eye mask to my forehead and watch a movie while staying relaxed -It fits any seat with the fold up head rest (which is any long haul flight and nowadays many of the shorter ones as well Cons: - you very well may sleep through food service, so make sure to tell the attendant to wake you up (or put it on your screen if your flight has that option) - Looks kinda silly (if you care about that kind of thing - the velcro can catch your hair very easily - I dont see the velcro protection covers lasting much longer, we'll see. Ive used it on a out 10 flights so far. I have not had the issue of the velcro coming off.
