The interior is lined with a few pockets. I’ve been scrunching mine so it has a slight “drawstring-esque” top. The magnet closure is strong. The chains are a nice weight. Not too heavy nor too light. The leather woven there appears real as well. Both bags are beautiful color-wise. I have an organizer for mine to make it easier to find items. The bottom of the bag is somewhat structured. The inside pouch that comes with it is very cute as well. For the black version, the only smell mine has is leather. Some reviewers mentioned strong odors. That was not the case with either of mine. Now, the red version does have a very faint smell (not a strong odor by any means). You have to put your nose on the bag to actually smell it. After a day of being out, that faint smell left and it’s just delicious leather smell now. My only complaint so far - the little medallion charm is both noisy and flimsy. I actually removed the coin medallion on both and replaced the jingle jangle with little Chanel makeup charms that came attached to packaging with some of my purchases.
