Review: quality product / sick workout - the only other equally effective full-body workout I can think of is swimming, or the classic versa climber. i train boxing, do shadow boxing with heavy gloves, etc.....this thing is ridiculous. even if you don't use boxing techniques, just move around lol. play with it, freestyle....use different movements. i joked with my friends that i would just wear it around town. great stuff. highly recommend. and the equipment is high quality. worth the money. i read a review that said it's uncomfortable, or awkward to use....i can't disagree more. they may not be using it properly, or wearing it correctly. love this thing.

If you are starting out, I would buy the lighter band to begin with as to avoid overstraining your leg muscles. I work out 3-4 times a week, play soccer and I pulled my quad working out because I didn't warm up properly as I bought the heavier resistance band, that's why I would recommend buying the lighter band and building up. Aside from that, this works and I feel stronger on the field. It is worth the money and the velcro strap allows you to adjust to your hip size. I would highly recommend this.
