I used it as a substitute sweet breads and loaf cakes made with flour.I baked pumpkin bread and carrot bread, I made pumpkin bread twice. I was able to feel comfortable buying ingredients I had never purchased before. I love the smell of pumpkin flour. It took me some time understanding why so many eggs. But the book explains the roll eggs play in baking.
