    Drains Batteries in a matter of hours

I was skeptical that this took 3 AAA batteries, that seemed like a lot but I thought "hey, maybe that's because it lasts longer." After a few hours on the 6 hour timer I noticed the plastic wick was still flickering, but there was no light shining through the base. When I replaced the batteries, light and wick resume but again did not last, even with a different brand of batteries. Kept it for awhile anyway because it looks okay when it's off, but I wouldn't recommend.
